Place was luxury, loved the stay.
By and large, it was chilled-out base for sightseeing in Portland, had much fun and met excellent staff who doubled as doorman. My large and impressive room came with view of the park, a window over the park, balcony.

This is a hotel go-to for Portland! Plus, the location is great, minutes from a brick plaza. The restaurant is pleasant for dinner.

Just a proper fit for a weekend stopover in Portland with good price-value balance. The toilet issue was promptly addressed after a few calls, which showed some decent responsiveness from the staff. Make sure you ask about any extra fees for things like valet parking beforehand.

Appreciated incredibly spacious and luxurious rooms.
The room with balcony. Location: the hotel was short walk to most attractions, the Holiday Ale Festival, and the neighborhood is great. Stopped by Addy's Sandwich Bar to get some coffee and treats, it's next to the venue, recommend.

The Paramount Hotel is centrally located, modern, clean, and a decent price for the convenience offered. Parking is a bit steep, considering the cost of the room. There is cheaper parking off-site, but the disadvantage is you can't come and go as you please with those garages for the cheaper overnight rates. The Paramount Hotel has the best pillows I've ever slept on at a hotel! The views were fantastic. The hotel service was very accommodating. Our room didn't have a mini-bar, so plan ahead for late night thirst or hunger pangs. Be sure not to get stuck in the city center when looking for amazing coffee. For that, you should wonder up to NW, NE, or SE.
Parking rates. No mini-bar.

The bed was very comfortable. Thank you so much for the Proseco to celebrate my Husbands 40th. This was a very nice gesture.
My husband and I didn't like the smell of the very strong cleaning chemicals or aeresols. It seemed only in the carpeted areas, that it was very strong. Not sure what they use, but it would be nice to if they used more natural cleaning products and there are so many on the market today. My husband says that when he travels, he stays in some really good hotels and he never experiences this problem. More hotels are turning to natural cleaning products. We were also dissappointed with the size of the jetted tub. It seemed larger and more romantic in the pictures on-line.

The location was great and the room was nice and clean. The few amenities included were nice (wi-fi and paper).
The concierge never seemed to be around and I didn't get any recommendations of what to do, nor was I asked if I wanted any recommendations, which I feel a hotel should do. Also, not a big deal but the elevators were really slow.

My family had a fantastic stay—loved the fabulous soaking tub in our Deluxe King Room. The beds were so comfy! The restaurant's breakfast menu was lovely, but I wished for more protein options. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again!
